I’m Silvia, a pastry chef and cake designer based in Tunbridge Wells. With over 15 years of experience in professional baking and food development, I created Cake Blossoms to bring together the things I love most: beautiful design, incredible flavour and the creativity of making something completely unique by hand.
You might also recognise me from Bake Off: The Professionals 2026, where I competed as part of The Beacon team.
