If you’re visiting, chances are you’re planning something special — a wedding, a birthday, or one of life’s beautiful milestones — and I would be honoured to create a cake that feels just right for your celebration.

Each cake I make is completely bespoke. My style leans into rustic elegance, decorated with fresh, edible flowers that change with the seasons, delicate buttercream textures, and touches of gold leaf. Everything is baked with care, using the best ingredients I can source, many of them from local farms and producers I trust.

A little about me:

My love of baking began in my grandmother’s kitchen in Sardinia, where the scent of homemade pastries was part of everyday life. I baked my first cake when I was 13 and never really stopped. Since then, I’ve worked as a professional pastry chef and spent over a decade immersed in the world of baking, from developing recipes behind the scenes to creating edible art for weddings and events.

I ran a successful vegan bakery in London for seven years, a business I poured my heart into. It didn’t survive the Covid crisis, and closing it was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. I truly thought I was done with cake.

But after moving to Tunbridge Wells with my family, the spark slowly came back. I started dreaming again, quietly at first, and Cake Blossoms began to bloom.

Today, I pour all that experience, creativity and care into every cake I make. The joy I see on my clients’ faces when they lay eyes on their cake for the first time, when it becomes part of their celebration — that’s why I do this. That’s the magic.
