I'm Silvia and I'm so happy to have you here on my page!

And if you're here, you're either getting married or having a very special celebration coming soon and I can't wait to bake for you!

My cakes are completely bespoke. They usually have a rustic feel and are mostly decorated with fresh, edible and seasonal flowers, plus golden leaves and special touches of buttercream.

It's all baked with the best ingredients and mostly sourced from local farms.

A little about me and my baking journey:

My passion for baking began in my grandmother's kitchen when I was young and still living in Sardinia.

I started baking at the age of 13 and have never looked back. Over the past 14 years, I have worked as a professional pastry chef and baker and creating cakes has become my favorite thing to do.

I owned successful bakery in London for 7 years that unfortunately didn't survive the Covid crisis. Closing the business was one of the most difficult decision I had to take.

Even though I had promise myself to not start another bakery ever again, after moving to Tunbridge Wells I started playing with the idea that maybe that was a possibility. And here I am!

The joy I feel when I see the smiles on my clients' faces as they admire the cakes and celebrate their special occasions makes me incredibly happy and fulfilled. That's my why!
