Have a fun and interactive evening of vintage cake decoration, filled with creativity and fun, all while sipping on sparkling Prosecco and enjoying the delightful atmosphere. You'll be provided with all the essential supplies required to craft your very own vintage cake that you can proudly take home with you at the end of the night. No prior experience needed! Whether you are looking to unleash your inner baker or simply enjoy a unique evening, this event promises to be enjoyable and inspiring!
Cake & Sip – Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking your place
Your place at Cake & Sip is confirmed once full payment of £70 has been received. Places are limited to 10 people.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel more than 14 days before the event, you can receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else. Please let me know their name and contact details in advance.
If you are unable to attend on the day, unfortunately I cannot offer a refund or replacement cake.
If I need to cancel the event
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel Cake & Sip, you will receive a full refund of your booking fee.
If the event needs to be postponed or the date changed, you will be offered the option of transferring your booking to the new date or receiving a full refund.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Please let me know about any food allergies or intolerances when booking. I will provide allergen information for the ingredients used.
The cakes are made in a kitchen where common allergens are handled, so I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Prosecco & age requirement
Prosecco will be served during the evening. Guests must be 18 or over to consume alcohol, and ID may be requested.
If you don’t drink alcohol, please let me know and I can provide a non-alcoholic alternative.
Your cake
Each guest will decorate their own cake during the evening and take it home at the end of the event.
Once you leave the venue with your cake, responsibility for transporting and storing it safely passes to you. Please take extra care when transporting your cake.
Arrival
The event starts promptly at 7pm, so please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. The session finishes at 9pm.
Photos & social media
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for Cake Blossoms’ social media and marketing. If you would prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please let me know when you arrive.
