Beautiful design is only half the story.
My cakes are made from scratch with carefully chosen ingredients, homemade fillings and silky Swiss meringue buttercream. You can keep things classic with vanilla and raspberry or lemon and blueberry, indulge in chocolate fudge with salted caramel, or choose something a little more special like tiramisu, coconut and lime or chocolate and hazelnut.
Whatever you choose, flavour is never an afterthought as I want the inside of your cake to be every bit as memorable as the outside!

How far in advance should I order my cake?
As early as possible is always best, particularly for weekends, although I can sometimes accommodate shorter-notice orders depending on availability.
Can I collect my cake?
Yes. Celebration cakes can be collected from Cake Blossoms in Tunbridge Wells. Delivery can also be arranged depending on location and availability.
Can you create a design for me?
Absolutely. You can send me colours, photographs or inspiration you love, or simply tell me about the celebration and give me creative freedom.
Do you make gluten-free cakes?
Yes, gluten-free options are available, although cakes are made in a kitchen that also handles gluten, so I can't guarantee against cross-contamination.
Do you make fondant or novelty cakes?
I specialise in buttercream cakes with modern, vintage, floral and botanical details. I don't make fondant-covered, carved or novelty cakes, but I'm always happy to suggest a buttercream interpretation that fits my style.
